The first day our Penn lyon home was being erected we observed gaps
where the sheathing butted together. When the builder called Penn lyon
homes, he was instructed to shim it. We were told by Penn lyon homes this
is normal.

Another view of the gap in our Penn lyon home, notice the gap is both
between the sheathing and between the studs and the sheathing. Is this
normal for a brand new Penn lyon home ? Penn lyon homes said it is.

The very first rain was clear evidence that my brand new Penn lyon
modular home had a problem. This is the other side of the wall pictured
above. It is an interior wall, and the plumbing (water) is not yet hooked
in.
