the mold clean up and is putting everything back together in the roof area
of my Penn lyon modular home.

the moldy roof with new 2X4 framing. The old moldy 2X12 frame is left underneath.
We're told by Penn lyon home corporation "It will be enclosed in the ceiling
so you won't be affected by it"

My Penn lyon home is getting brand new roof framing over the old moldy
roof framing. Roger Lyons of Penn lyon homes corporation is not concerned
about the moldy framing that still exists or the affect it may have had
on the strength of the wood, because "They cleaned it".
