10 Lb Largemouth Bass

Here is my first report of the New Year.  I was down Florida visiting family and I did some largemouth bass fishing.  I caught 262 fish in 10 days; my best day was 68 fish. Two hours in the morning and maybe two hours in late afternoon, all on rattletraps and top water plugs. I fished one evening in the dark for about ten minutes and landed a 10 lb largemouth, fish was 25 inches in length. I guess I made up for the lousy fall fishing, have a happy and a healthy new year.
