ABOUT GHR ASSOCIATES
 

OVERVIEW
Background:

GHR Associates was started in June of 1992 by former employees of Unisys Corporation located in Flemington, NJ. During our tenure at Unisys, the Flemington New Jersey plant was registered to BS 5750 Part II (the forerunner to ISO 9002) in 1987 and registered to ISO 9001 in October of 1991. The Flemington plant was the fourth company in New Jersey to become registered, and one of the first 200 in the United States. Since then GHR Associates has been providing consulting and training services to dozens of companies.

    GHR Associates is a full service consulting company helping organizations implement ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO 14001, ISO 16949, SA 8000, ISO 13488, 13485, 21CFR820 and TL 9000.

BIOGRAPHIES

Ralph J. Hiltebrand is a principal and co-founder of GHR Associates. He has over 20 years of quality management and technical experience in electronics, and defense-related companies. He is a Registrar Accreditation Board (RAB) Certified Quality Systems Auditor, ASQ Quality Engineer, and a Senior Member of American Society for Quality and IES. As Quality Assurance Manager at the Unisys Flemington, NJ plant, he implemented the quality management system that achieved ISO 9001 registration by BSI in 1991. Since forming GHR Associates he has assisted numerous companies to achieve ISO 9000 registration. He has over 10 years experience in technical education and has conducted numerous quality technology training courses. He has a BSEE from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Henry Lancendorfer is a principal and co-founder of GHR Associates. He has over 30 years of quality management and technical experience in the defense-related, medical device, and electronics companies. He is a Registrar Accreditation Board (RAB) Certified Quality Systems Lead Auditor, Medical Device GMP Auditor, and ASQC Quality Engineer. As Director of Quality at the Unisys, Flemington, NJ plant, he directed the ISO 9001 quality management system implementation process that resulted in registration of this facility by the British Standards Institution (BSI) in 1991. Since forming GHR Associates he has assisted numerous companies to achieve ISO 9000 registration. He has a BS in Management and an MBA from Rutgers University.

John Freeman has over 30 years of experience in a variety of corporate experiences ranging from Plant Manager of a large chemical manufacturing company to simultaneously registering 14 plants to ISO 9002. He is experienced with the manufacturing management of a chemical manufacturing plant producing surfactants and detergent intermediates in a batch and continuous mode as well commercial printing where he was the Management Representative and ISO 9002/ISO 14001 Lead Auditor. During the last 10 years Mr. Freeman was involved in quality assurance management (TQM, ISO 9002, and ISO 14001). During this time John trained senior staff, support personnel and hourly workers in Quality Improvement Teams in 19 locations resulting aggregate savings of $1.8 million/year. Program became self-perpetuating with facilitators training new team members on an as needed basis John is an RAB certified Quality and Environmental Provisional Auditor and participated in the CD2 ISO 9001:2000 US Validation Team. Mr. Freeman has a BS in Chemistry from College of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN and has taught numerous quality technology training courses.

Craig Sacerdote before joining GHR Associates Mr. Sacerdote was a principal with a management-consulting firm. Craig has over twenty years of professional experience including over five years in management consultation and fifteen years in industry. He assisted numerous companies through ISO registration. These companies range from small startups to large corporations consisting of electro-mechanical manufacturers, software developers, computer systems integrators, and component distributors. Although Craig is relatively new to our firm, he brings considerable expertise in these areas. He has held the positions of Electronic Engineer, Manager-Systems Engineering, and Quality Assurance Manager with RFL Electronics, a telecommunications designer and manufacturer. As Quality Assurance Manager, Craig led the certification effort, which resulted in ISO 9001 registration in 1994. Craig holds a BSEE degree, is a Lead QMS Auditor (IRCA) and a member of the American Society for Quality.

Didier Geneste has extensive experience as a trainer, consultant, and quality systems auditor with over 20 years experience in various industries that include electronics, plastics, automotive and defense. He is a Registrar Accreditation Board (RAB) "Certified Quality Systems Auditor" and an American Society for Quality "Quality Auditor". As Quality Assurance Manager of the Unisys Plymouth, MI plant he led the facility (and a sister plant in Belgium) to ISO 9002 registration. As a consultant and trainer, he has assisted many other organizations in their quest for ISO, QS-9000 or T & E registration. Some of the companies who have used his training skills vary in size from General Motors to smaller corporations in the USA and Europe. Didier is an active member of various professional organizations such as Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG), and ASQ.
