The Independence Institute has a lot of reading materials aimed to educate the layperson as to the importance of preserving our rights under our Constitution. They describe themselves as "... a non-partisan, non-profit public policy research organization dedicated to providing timely information to concerned citizens, government officials, and public opinion leaders." In addition to their reading materials, they maintain a very useful list of links.
